Is my data safe?: Yes - encrypted in transit and at rest, with daily encrypted backups and least-privilege access. It's your data and your clients' data: export or delete it anytime from account settings.
Can I bring in my existing records, and get my data out?: You can export everything anytime, one click, no waiting. There's no bulk importer yet, so you add existing records as you go; for a large list, contact us and we'll help you get set up.
