- Eventeam5 itself is free to use - no subscription, no per-seat fees. AI actions (recalls, notes, messages) draw from a token balance you top up as needed; packs start at $29, and a typical AI action costs a few cents.
- Do I need a card to start?
- No. Create your account and start using it with no card on file. You only pay if and when you choose to buy a token pack.
- Is my data safe?
- Yes - encrypted in transit and at rest, with daily encrypted backups and least-privilege access. It's your data and your clients' data: export or delete it anytime from account settings.
- Can I bring in my existing records, and get my data out?
